African Cassava Flakes also called Abacha is a Nigerian delicacy used to prepare African Salad (Abacha). It is a staple in the Eastern part of our country. It’s usually prepared with Ugba and Garden egg. Abacha is high in carbohydrates and is gluten free which makes it desired by patients with digestive problems.
